Order and Shipping information

Minimum Order Quantity:

You can order goods in stock without minimum quantity - we reserve only a minimum quantity surcharge of € 5.00 (€ 5.95 incl. € 0.95 VAT) for orders below € 50.00 (€ 59.50 incl. € 9.50 VAT).

Parcels within Germany (except islands):

Parcels with a net value from € 250.00 (€ 297.50 including € 47.50 VAT - without other costs as for cutting e.g.) are delivered free of charge. Please find package prices below (including packaging costs):

05/2025:

Surcharge for packages over 100 cm long, 60 cm wide, or 300 cm girth: € 9.00 per package, regardless of the free shipping limit.

Delivery of goods that cannot be shipped by parcel:

Oversize, heavy or similar goods (such as glue, cardboard, stitching wire...) that can not be sent by DPD, we ship by city courier or forwarding company. This results in higher shipping costs, which we have to charge depending on the effort - for free-of-home deliveries, of course, only pro rata.

Save on shipping costs by pickup:

You are welcome to pick up the goods. To save you waiting time, we recommend pre-ordering by phone or email. Cash and debit/credit card payments are accepted.

Express deliveries:

Is it urgent? No problem, we ship DPD parcels within Germany by express, depending on your preference next business day, by 8:30 a.m.or  12:00 p.m..

Surcharges to the package prices per package:

We offer express deliveries abroad and with forwarding company, please ask for conidtions.

International Deliveries:

For international shipments, we ship with DPD, UPS or forwarding company. Price information is available upon request.

Additional Services:

Cash on delivery, deliveries to parcel shops, hazardous goods deliveries, temporary storage etc. are also possible upon request.

Packaging:

We always strive to package our goods safely and ecologically. Therefore, it may happen that you receive goods in a reused carton – in this way, we would like to make a small contribution to avoiding packaging waste. However, our products are generally most safely shipped in our special cardboard boxes. Should it unexpectedly come to a transport damage, we need your information a.s.a.p.

Packaging costs are not charged separately but are included in the shipping/free delivery limits.

Packaging Ordinance: Regarding packaging that we first fill with goods and that is delivered to private end consumers, we fulfill our legal obligations under Section 6 of the Packaging Ordinance by participating in a return system. Our number in the Central Packaging Register is DE1133572053128.
