Minimum Order Quantity:
You can order goods in stock without minimum quantity - we reserve only a minimum quantity surcharge of € 5.00 (€ 5.95 incl. € 0.95 VAT) for orders below € 50.00 (€ 59.50 incl. € 9.50 VAT).
Packages within Berlin:
Parcels with a net value from € 125,00 (€ 148,75 including € 23,75 VAT - without other costs as for cutting e.g.) are delivered free of charge. Please find package prices below.
Packages within Germany (except islands):
Parcels with a net value from € 250.00 (€ 297.50 including € 47.50 VAT - without other costs as for cutting e.g.) are delivered free of charge. Please find package prices below.

Oversize and similar goods that can not be sent securely by parcel service or heavy cargo, we ship by city courier or freight forwarding. This results in higher shipping costs, which we have to charge depending on the effort - for free-of-home deliveries, of course, only pro rata.
Collection / Showroom:
Gladly goods can be picked up between 8 - 16:30 (Monday - Thursday) and 8 - 15 (Friday). To save you waiting times, we recommend pre-order by phone or e-mail. Or you choose goods from us on site - here you will find a customer area with all patterns and competent employees. Cash and EC / credit card payments are possible.

Express deliveries:
It is urgent? No problem, parcels within Germany, we ship by express as desired until 8:30, 10:00 or 12:00 a.m. or by Guarantee24 (secure delivery within the next working day).

Also, COD deliveries, deliveries to parcel shops and dangerous goods deliveries are possible by arrangement.
Packagings:
We always strive to pack our goods safely and ecologically. Therefore, it may happen that you receive goods in a reused carton - thus we want to make a small contribution to the prevention of packaging waste. Normally, however, our products can be shipped most safely in our special cardboard boxes - should it unexpectedly come to a transport damage, we need your information a.s.a.p. Packaging costs are not calculated separately but are included in the shipping costs / free-house borders.
